We offer flame retardant heat shrinkable tubes which are environment friendly due to the formulation using high polymers, through cross-link by electronic accelerator and continuous expansion. Some of the salient features such as flexibility flame retardant, quick shrink and stable performance make these suitable for applications in the field of electronics, communication, automobile and widely applied for connecting or end-handling, electric wire, insulating and harness of electric wire, corrosion and rust-proof of metallic rods or tubes, antenna protection and marking for other products.
Characteristics:-
- Operating temperature: -55 ðC-125 ðC
- Shrinking Temperature: Start at 70 ðC, and shrunk totally at 110 ðC
- (for thin wall-CB) or 125 ðC (for normal wall), longitudinal shrink ratio: 8%
- Flexible, flame retardant
- Sizes: from0.6~180mm,
- Easy for use, using oven or heating gun and it will shrink.
- Meet RoHS standard.
- Standard Colors: Black, White, Red, Yellow, Green, Purple, Blue, Grey, Brown (Other color available upon request)
